About Eventpack

Event software from the people who built Boomset

Serhat Sarı Kavak and Kerem Baran started Boomset in New York and spent more than a decade on check-in and badge printing. Eventpack, their new company, puts registration, check-in, exhibitor leads and reporting on one attendee record.

The Boomset years

Boomset started in New York as onsite software: check-in desks, self-service kiosks and badges printed as people arrived. Serhat Sarı Kavak and Kerem Baran built it with event teams on the floor, and for years it ran check-in at conferences, trade shows and corporate events. Event teams trusted it with the busiest part of the day.

Boomset was later acquired, and that closed one chapter. It also left a question the founders had carried for years. What if the whole event ran from the same attendee record, not only check-in? Registration, sessions, exhibitors, meetings and the report at the end, all tied to the person who scanned in.

Why event data breaks between tools

Many event teams still run registration in one tool, check-in in another and exhibitor leads in a third, then rebuild the picture in spreadsheets afterwards. Each handover is a chance to lose data. Every tool brings its own login, its own export and its own support queue.

Eventpack is a new platform built to close that gap. Registration pages, kiosks, badge printing, the Event App, the Partner Portal, email and the Report Builder all work from the same attendee record.

How we work with event teams

A first conversation with Eventpack starts with your event, not a feature tour. Show us how registration, onsite and exhibitors run today, and we will give you an honest map of where Eventpack would change how your team works.

In practice, that means plain answers about scope. Networking in Eventpack is an opt-in directory with 1:1 chat. Meetings are booked 1:1s under rules you set, with the Meeting Hub add-on. Your team designs the Event App in a visual builder and attendees open it in the Eventpack app; a white-label store app is a separate setup. Registration pages, sessions, meetings, the Event App, email, payments, promo codes and AI depend on your plan or an add-on.

Our team has stood behind registration desks and next to badge printers at the busiest hour of the morning. That is the standard we hold our support to: people who know how an event day runs.

What Eventpack runs today

Eventpack began where Boomset was strongest, at the door, and has grown outward one shipped workflow at a time. Everything below is live in the product today. Much of it depends on your plan or an add-on.

  • Registration with ticket types, custom questions, invitations and RSVP, and an approval queue for free tickets. Optional AI screening needs the AI add-on, and a person makes the final call.
  • Onsite check-in with kiosks, walk-up registration and badge printing on Zebra, Brother and Epson printers, so staff can see who has a badge and who still needs one.
  • Sessions with capacity limits and check-in at each session, so you know who actually attended, plus speakers and surveys; ask us which plan includes them.
  • An Event App with agenda, networking directory, 1:1 chat, social feed and push notifications, available as a separate add-on.
  • The Partner Portal, where exhibitors and sponsors handle tasks and documents, and the Lead Capture App, where booth staff scan a badge, ask qualifying questions and grade each lead hot, warm, neutral or cold. Exhibitor tools are on every plan.
  • With the Meeting Hub add-on, attendees book 1:1 meetings with each other or with exhibitors from the portal or the Event App, and booth teams see them in their calendar.
  • Designed, triggered and bulk email with delivery reporting, on the email add-on, plus the Report Builder, which sends scheduled exports to your team.
  • CRM, automation and payment connections, the Eventpack API, and Eventpack MCP, which lets approved AI tools read your event data and propose changes a person confirms. Each depends on your plan or an add-on.

AI follows one rule across Eventpack: it goes into workflows that exist, proposes a change, and waits for a person to accept it. It is live today and switched on per organization, for managing emails, building event pages, building website pages in the Website Builder, and managing pre-approvals at the approval stage.

What you can hold us to

Three rules we build and sell by

Not values on a wall. Working rules you can check for yourself in a demo.

One record per person

A registration becomes the check-in, the badge, the session seat, the meeting and the exhibitor's lead. Nothing is re-keyed between tools, so the final report matches who actually checked in.

The organizer decides

You set who gets approved, which kiosk steps only staff can unlock, how meetings are booked and who sees each profile field. AI, where you add it, suggests or drafts; a person decides.

We say where it stops

We spell out add-ons and integration scope before you buy, so what you sign up for is exactly what you get.

Talk to the people who built it

Bring your registration model, your onsite setup and your exhibitor list. We will map them onto Eventpack and show you which tools it replaces and which it works alongside.
