Use Eventpack with Cvent or Swoogo
Keep registration where it is and run check-in, badge printing, the Event App, exhibitor lead capture and 1:1 meetings in Eventpack on the attendee list you already have.

Keep Cvent or Swoogo. Run onsite in Eventpack.
Core registration cannot change this year, so onsite tools get a spreadsheet export the night before. Late registrations miss the door list and session choices never reach the kiosk.
Registrations, sessions and answers import from Cvent or Swoogo into Eventpack. Kiosks, badges, the Event App, lead capture and meetings then run on that attendee list, while your registration platform stays the system of record.
What you can do with Cvent or Swoogo data
Import from Cvent
Bring registrations, sessions and fields from Cvent into Eventpack. The import is inbound, so Cvent stays exactly as your registration team left it.
Import and resync from Swoogo
Import an event's registrations, sessions and answers from Swoogo, and resync whenever the list changes. A full resync also clears people and sessions removed in Swoogo, so after each resync Eventpack matches your current Swoogo list.
Check in and print badges
Imported attendees check in at staff or self-service kiosks by name or email search, print their badge on Zebra, Brother or Epson printers, and walk-ups register at the kiosk when you allow it.
Session check-in and agenda
Imported sessions run on Eventpack session check-in with the capacity and door policy you set, and appear in the personal agenda in the Event App. Session fields from Swoogo can be locked.
Exhibitors, leads and meetings
Give exhibitors the Partner Portal and the lead capture app to scan imported attendees' badges and grade leads, and open 1:1 meetings between attendees and exhibitors with the Meeting Hub add-on.
In practice
An association keeps its annual conference registration in Cvent. Two weeks out, the events team imports registrations and sessions into Eventpack, designs the badge, sets up kiosks and turns on walk-up registration for anyone who registers late. On the day, attendees check in by name search at the kiosk, and exhibitors scan their badges with the lead capture app.
Availability and limits
Swoogo is included with Enterprise in the default catalog (your contract can differ); the Cvent connection is added to your account separately.
Cvent import is inbound only with no write-back. Swoogo is an import with full resync, not an instant two-way sync.
Kiosks, badge printing and exhibitor tools are on every plan, the Event App and Meeting Hub are separate add-ons, and session check-in needs session management (ask us which plan includes it).

Cvent and Swoogo questions
Into Eventpack. The Cvent import is inbound, so Cvent stays exactly as your registration team left it, and check-ins, badge prints and leads stay in Eventpack for your reports. Swoogo imports with a full resync whenever you run one, and each resync also clears people and sessions removed in Swoogo, so Eventpack matches your current Swoogo list. Export what happened onsite with the Report Builder.
For Swoogo, run a full resync before doors open and Eventpack picks up the current Swoogo list. For Cvent, plan a final import and confirm with us how a repeat import handles people already imported. Anyone who registers after your last import can sign up as a walk-up at the kiosk, if you allow it.
Yes. Once imported they are registrations in Eventpack, so they sign in to the attendee portal and the Event App with an email code, see their sessions and personal agenda, and use the networking directory and 1:1 chat if you turn those on. The Event App is its own add-on.
Swoogo is included with Enterprise in the default catalog, and your contract can differ. The Cvent connection is added to your account as its own add-on, independent of your plan. Tell us which platform you use and we will confirm your setup before you plan the event around it.
