Someone on the Eventpack team reads your message and attendee numbers, then replies with a few questions about your event and times to talk.
We walk through your event
On the call we follow one of your attendees from signup through check-in, sessions and the exhibitor booth to the report. You see the organizer screens and what attendees and exhibitors see.
You decide with the facts
You get a short summary: what fits, what is an add-on, what is a gap, and pricing for your plan. If it helps, we repeat the session with your team or IT.
Questions buyers ask before a demo
Badges print on supported Zebra, Brother and Epson printers, or through a custom driver, with common label sizes built in and single-sided, double-sided or mirror layouts. At the door, the kiosk runs in self-service or staff mode with code scan or name and email search, walk-up registration and badge printing. Tell us which printers and devices you already own and we will confirm what fits before the demo. No hardware yet? We can help you rent it.
There are two plans, Core and Enterprise, and your contract can differ. Kiosk check-in, badge printing and exhibitor tools come with every plan, promo codes and card payments with Enterprise; ask us which plan includes public registration pages, session management and no-code automations. The Event App, Meeting Hub, AI, the Customer API and Eventpack MCP are granted separately, and CRM and registration-platform connections come with Enterprise or as add-ons, so tell us which ones matter and we will scope them in.
Card checkout runs through Stripe or Authorize.Net. Registrations and exhibitor leads go to supported CRMs with field mapping, a no-code automation connection carries registrations, orders and check-ins to your other tools, and exhibitor records sync in from a supported floor-plan tool. For your own software there is the Customer API and, for approved AI clients, Eventpack MCP. Our Integrations page lists every connection and the plan or add-on it needs.
Yes. Eventpack holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification, the international standard for information security management. Ask us in the demo for the security details your review needs.
By file. Registrations import from a file, and the import can send each person a welcome email with their QR ticket; invitations, sessions and promo codes have their own import screens. File imports come with every plan; session imports also need session management (ask us which plan includes it), and promo code imports need promo codes (Enterprise). Before you commit, we look at your export together and map it to the right import screens.
Yes. From a supported registration platform, Eventpack imports registrations, sessions and form answers, then runs check-in, badge printing and exhibitor lead capture on that data, with meetings if you add Meeting Hub. Data flows one way, into Eventpack, with each import or resync, so your registration system stays exactly as your team left it. Platform imports come with Enterprise or as an add-on, and other systems come in through the file imports above or a no-code automation.
