The right badge for every attendee, printed onsite
Badges designed outside the registration system go out of date the moment a name, company or ticket changes. Pre-printing the stack means misspelled badges, no-shows sitting in boxes and walk-ups with nothing to wear.
Design badges in Eventpack from each registration's name, company, job title and ticket, and print on demand at the kiosk or staff desk. A name fixed that morning prints as corrected, and no-shows never use up a badge.
What you can do with Badge Design & Printing
Drag-and-drop badge designer
Lay out the badge from each attendee's registration: name, company, job title and ticket. Print single-sided, double-sided or mirrored to suit your badge stock.
Zebra, Brother and Epson printers
Print on Zebra, Brother or Epson printers, or add a custom driver for other models. Common label sizes come built in, so you pick your stock rather than set it up from scratch.
A design per ticket type
Use one badge for every ticket or a separate design for selected tickets. Speakers, exhibitors and VIPs each get their own layout in their ticket color, so staff spot roles at a glance.
Keeps printing without Wi-Fi
Badges keep printing at the kiosk and the staff desk when the venue connection drops, and each print syncs to the attendee's record once you're back online.
Who still needs a badge
Each registration shows whether its badge is still to print, printed or reprinted, so the desk can spot who is still waiting, and the event dashboard counts badges printed through the day.
Print from the onsite tools
Floor staff print and reprint from the kiosk and onsite tools after check-in, with a badge preview first. Layouts are set up in the designer before the doors open.
In practice
A three-day trade show gives exhibitors, speakers and visitors their own badge layouts, each in the ticket color. The team prints on demand at the kiosks on Zebra printers. When a visitor's company is wrong, staff correct it at the kiosk and reprint the badge, and the registration records the reprint.
Availability and limits
Badge printing and advanced badge design are on every plan, and need the badge-printing switch turned on for the event.
Badge prints draw on your organization's credits, alongside registrations, check-ins and session attendance.

Badge Design & Printing questions
Zebra, Brother and Epson printers, or a custom driver for other models. Built-in sizes run from Zebra 3×2.5 to 4×6 inches, plus Brother rolls, and Epson printers add paper, cut, peel and quality options.
Yes. Give all tickets one design, or give selected tickets their own, for example one layout for exhibitors and another for speakers. The same ticket color shows at check-in, so the badge and the door use one color code.
Floor staff and self-service kiosks print from the onsite tools, using the design you set up in the badge designer. After check-in the kiosk previews the badge and prints it, and you can hide the print button or lock it behind a staff password. Reprints show on the person's registration.
Badges keep printing. We send you a dedicated router, so your kiosks and printers run on a network of their own, and if even that goes down, badges print offline and every print syncs once the connection is back. Share your printer model and label stock before the event, and we will confirm the setup with you.
