Lead Capture App
Let booth staff scan a badge, qualify the conversation on the spot and leave with a lead list their sales team can use.

Every scan carries a grade, answers and notes
A rented scanner gives exhibitors a pile of names with no context, so their sales team cannot tell a serious buyer from a badge that was waved past the booth. Weeks later nobody remembers who said what, and the exhibitor starts asking whether the booth was worth it.
Booth staff qualify each conversation as it happens, so the exhibitor's sales team knows who to call first. After the show the list can be exported, or pushed to a supported CRM where connected.
What you can do with Lead Capture App
Scan, qualify, grade, note
Scan the attendee's badge, answer the qualifier questions the company set up, choose hot, warm, neutral or cold and type a note while the conversation is fresh, even offline.
Qualifier questions per company
Each exhibitor writes its own qualifier questions in the Partner Portal as text, single choice or multiple choice, so the answers match what their sales team actually asks.
Licenses and device control
You cap how many lead-capture licenses each company gets, lock each license to a single device, and choose whether the same badge can be scanned more than once.
Leads in the Partner Portal
Every captured lead appears in the company's portal with its grade, answers, notes and a relationship timeline, so the whole team works from one list, not one phone.
Export or push to CRM
Partners export their leads from the portal, and you can export any company's list from the organizer side. Where a supported CRM is connected, leads can be pushed straight into it.
Lead count on your dashboard
The event dashboard shows leads captured next to registrations, check-ins and badges printed, so you can follow lead capture alongside the rest of the event without asking exhibitors.
In practice
An exhibitor with three booth staff gets three licenses, each locked to one device. Before the show they write two qualifier questions, one on budget and timing and one on product interest. On the floor every scan takes a grade and a short note, and on the last day the company's admin exports the full list from the portal for their sales team.
Availability and limits
Lead capture is part of the exhibitor tools: on every plan, with the exhibitors switch on and lead capture allowed in the portal settings for the event.
Each scanner needs a lead-capture license, capped per company by you, and lead capture uses organization credits from your wallet.
Pushing leads to a CRM needs a supported CRM integration connected; depending on the CRM, it comes with Enterprise in the default plans or is granted separately.

Lead Capture App questions
Just the lead capture app on an iOS or Android smartphone: booth staff scan the code printed on each attendee's badge. Each staff member who scans uses one of the company's lead-capture licenses, which you can lock to a single device. The app keeps scanning without a connection, and leads sync once the connection is back.
Their own leads. Booth staff scan badges, ask the exhibitor's qualifying questions, grade each lead hot, warm, neutral or cold and add notes. The exhibitor exports the list from the Partner Portal, or it goes to their CRM when a supported connection is set up for the partner.
The attendee record with the profile fields and registration answers you made visible on the exhibitor booth view, plus the qualifier answers, grade and notes the booth staff add. You control that visibility question by question.
Each scan creates a lead with its grade, answers and notes for the exhibitor's team. To chat or book meetings with attendees, add Meeting Hub: attendees then book from the attendee portal or the Event App.
A grade of hot, warm, neutral or cold, the qualifier answers, notes and a relationship timeline. Pipeline work happens in your CRM, so export the leads or, where the integration is connected, push them to a supported CRM.
