Event records in your CRM, mapped your way
After the event, a CSV of registrations and a second one of booth leads wait for someone to clean, map and upload them. Follow-up starts late, and your CRM never learns who actually showed up.
Registrations become HubSpot contacts or Salesforce leads with the fields you mapped, check-in can add contacts to a HubSpot list, and connected exhibitors' leads reach the CRM without a spreadsheet in between.
What you can do with HubSpot & Salesforce
HubSpot contacts, to and from
Send registrations to HubSpot as contacts and bring HubSpot contacts into Eventpack as registrations, with a field map you control so names, companies and job titles land in the right properties.
A HubSpot list of attendees
When someone checks in at the door, Eventpack adds their HubSpot contact to the list you chose, giving marketing a ready segment of attendees for follow-up.
Salesforce leads with rules
Push registrations to Salesforce as leads with field mapping, and decide with create and update rules when Eventpack makes a new lead and when it updates an existing one.
Exhibitor leads to the CRM
When an exhibitor's account is connected, the leads their team scans and grades in the lead capture app are exported to HubSpot or synced to Salesforce, so booth follow-up starts from the CRM.
In practice
A software company runs a customer conference. Each registration becomes a HubSpot contact with the mapped job title and company, check-in adds attendees to a list named for the event, and the sales team works that list the following week instead of waiting for an export.
Availability and limits
HubSpot is included with Enterprise in the default catalog (your contract can differ); the Salesforce connection is added to your account separately.
Exhibitor leads reach the CRM only for partners whose account is connected; capturing them needs the exhibitor tools and lead-capture licenses.
HubSpot receives contacts and check-in list membership; Salesforce receives leads. Campaigns, lead scoring, accounts, opportunities and ERP records are not synced.

HubSpot & Salesforce questions
HubSpot works in both directions for registrations and contacts, with field mapping; Salesforce receives registrations as leads. Accounts, opportunities, campaigns and marketing automation stay in your CRM, where your team already runs them.
Registrations arrive as leads with the fields you mapped, following your create and update rules. Exhibitor lead capture can also sync leads to Salesforce for connected partners. Check-ins and session attendance come out through the Report Builder or Zapier rather than the Salesforce connector.
Yes. Choose the list, and Eventpack adds the contact when the person checks in at the event. That gives your marketing team a list of who attended, separate from who registered, without a manual export after the show.
Only for exhibitors whose partner account is connected: their scanned leads are then exported to HubSpot or synced to Salesforce. Exhibitors without a connection still see their leads in the Partner Portal and can export them.
