Give partner teams an accountable workspace
Partner teams send logos, booth descriptions and staff names in email threads that get lost, and after the show they email again asking for their leads. Your team becomes the help desk for every exhibitor.
Each exhibitor and sponsor team signs in to its own portal, sees only the sections you turn on, and handles profile, documents, team, tasks and leads itself. You follow progress in the task view instead of chasing by email.
What you can do with Partner Portal
Profile, documents and products
Partners keep their company details, logo, categories, documents and products current, and attendees see them on the exhibitor and sponsor pages in the attendee portal, and in the Event App where you run it.
Team and roles
Partners invite their own staff within the cap you set and choose who looks after the profile, lead capture or tasks, with admins running the team.
Tasks with files
Every deliverable you assign appears in the partner's task list with its due date and status. They upload the file or answer the question, and you review it from the organizer side.
Leads and qualifier questions
Partners write their own qualifier questions before the show, then see every captured lead with its grade, answers, notes and a relationship timeline, and export the list afterwards.
Calendar, meetings and messages
With the Meeting Hub add-on, the team manages its meeting calendar and list, chats with attendees, and browses the networking directory where you allow it.
In practice
A sponsor's marketing manager signs in, uploads the new logo and a product sheet, invites two booth staff as members with lead-capture access only, and submits the booth-description task. The organizer sees it waiting for approval and signs it off from the task view, with no email thread.
Availability and limits
The portal is part of the exhibitor and partner tools: on every plan, with the exhibitors switch on for the event and partner tasks switched on separately. What each partner sees depends on the permissions you set.
Meetings, the calendar and attendee chat in the portal need the Meeting Hub add-on; AI relationship summaries need the AI add-on.

Partner Portal questions
Partners are the exhibitors and sponsors at your event, whether a company exhibits, sponsors or does both. They all use the same Partner Portal, so you set it up once for every company.
Each team member signs in with their own password plus an email code. Their role decides which areas they can open, so booth staff can scan leads without touching the company profile.
Yes, with the Meeting Hub add-on turned on for the event. The team can then chat with attendees and manage its meeting calendar from the portal.
Yes. Per event you decide whether partners can edit their booth profile, design, documents and products, invite team members, register their own people and see the attendee list. Anything you switch off stays hidden from the portal.
