Every partner's package and deliverables in view
Partner records live in a spreadsheet, booth details and logos arrive in email threads, and nobody knows which sponsor still owes a deliverable until the week of the event. Every change means another round of messages.
Every exhibitor and sponsor sits on one record with its booth, sponsorship level and team caps, so nobody works from an old spreadsheet. The tasks you assign show who is done, who is waiting for your review and who is overdue.
What you can do with Exhibitor & Sponsor Management
Exhibitor, sponsor or both
Mark each company as exhibitor, sponsor or both, then add its booth, categories, sponsorship level and the custom partner fields your event needs.
Access that fits each package
Give each company the team size, partner registrations and lead-capture licenses its package includes, then choose for the event whether partners can capture leads, edit their booth or see the attendee list.
Tasks with review and reminders
Request logos, booth descriptions or agreements as tasks with a due date. Partners see what is open or overdue, you approve or send back each one, and optional weekly reminders chase the rest.
Partner FAQ and lead export
Keep a partner FAQ for the questions every exhibitor sends, and export any company's captured leads yourself when a sponsor wants to see what they got.
Floor-plan exhibitor sync
If your floor plan runs in a supported floor-plan tool, link each company by its exhibitor ID and exhibitor details sync into Eventpack on a schedule or on demand. The floor plan itself stays in that tool.
In practice
A trade-show organizer gives each top-tier sponsor a larger team cap and more lead-capture licenses than a standard exhibitor, and assigns every company a logo upload, a booth description and the exhibitor agreement as tasks. A month out, they approve what has arrived and let the weekly task reminder nudge everyone else.
Availability and limits
Exhibitor and partner tools are on every plan, and need the exhibitors switch turned on for the event.
Partner tasks are switched on separately for each event.
Attendee-exhibitor meetings and exhibitor chat need the Meeting Hub add-on; AI relationship summaries need the AI add-on.

Exhibitor & Sponsor Management questions
Yes. Mark the company as both and you manage it once: its booth, sponsorship level, team caps and tasks stay together, and its people sign in to the same Partner Portal.
Your floor plan stays in your floor-plan tool, and Eventpack connects to a supported one by exhibitor ID: you manage partners, tasks and leads in Eventpack, and the map stays where it is.
Set a cap per company for team members, partner registrations and lead-capture licenses when you add it. You also choose, for the event, which ticket partner registrations use and whether partner teams can invite members at all.
The task shows as overdue in their portal and in your review view, and if weekly task reminders are on for the event, the partner gets a weekly reminder email about open tasks. When they submit, it moves to waiting for approval, and you approve it or send it back as needs changes.
