An app your attendees know as yours
Some organizers need an app that carries their own name and icon on the attendee's phone, with its own store presence where arranged, rather than their event inside the Eventpack app.
Attendees get an app that carries your logo and colors, with optional App Store and Play Store links you can share. Push notifications you send from Eventpack arrive through that app, under your brand.
What you can do with White-label App
Your own branded app
Your organization gets its own app, set up separately rather than switched on inside an event. White-label here means an app under your brand, not just a hidden Eventpack logo.
Brand assets and colors
Supply your logo, icon and brand colors and your app uses them, so the app attendees open looks and feels like it came from you.
Store links for your app
Optional links to your app's listing in the App Store and Play Store, so you can point attendees to the stores from your website, emails and registration confirmation.
Push delivery through your app
Push notifications you send from Eventpack are delivered through your own app, so schedule changes and sponsor announcements arrive under your brand on the attendee's phone.
In practice
A professional association wants delegates at its annual congress to use an app that carries the association's name and icon, not a vendor's. Eventpack sets up the association's white-label app with its brand assets and colors, and the team shares the app's store links in the congress emails.
Availability and limits
The white-label app is a separate setup arranged with Eventpack. It is not a switch inside an event like the standard Event App.
It is not the Remove Eventpack branding add-on, which hides Eventpack marks but does not create an app.
App Store and Play Store links are optional. Confirm the store arrangement with Eventpack before you announce an install date to attendees.

White-label App questions
The white-label app gives your organization its own app. Remove Eventpack branding is a separate add-on that hides Eventpack marks on supported surfaces, while the legal terms at checkout stay in place.
Your sessions, speakers, exhibitors and attendee records stay managed in Eventpack. The white-label app carries your brand, with optional App Store and Play Store links and push delivery. Ask us how your Event App pages are delivered in your white-label app before you plan the launch.
Yes. Push delivery is part of the white-label setup, so notifications you send from Eventpack reach attendees through your app. Tapping a notification opens the app; a URL in the message is shown as plain text, not a link.
Through the optional App Store and Play Store links for your app, which you share from your website, emails or the registration confirmation. The standard Event App, by contrast, runs inside the Eventpack app, which attendees download on iOS or Android.
