Each attendee's event, in one signed-in place
After registration, attendees email your team to update a detail, find their sessions or reach a sponsor, and speakers ask where to send their slides. Every answer is a manual reply from someone who has an event to run.
After registering, attendees find their own sessions, contacts and partner pages in one place instead of writing to your team. Speakers upload their own files, and profile edits and upgrades land on the same registration record.
What you can do with Attendee Portal
Email-code sign-in
Attendees enter the email they registered with and receive a one-time code. There is no password to create or reset, and nothing for your team to issue.
The right menu per person
Choose which portal items each registration sees, so a speaker, a sponsor guest and a delegate each get the pages that apply to them and nothing they cannot use.
Sessions and speaking sessions
Attendees see all the sessions they are eligible for and their own sessions under My sessions, following your visibility and ticket rules. Speakers see their speaking sessions and can upload files to them.
Networking and 1:1 chat
Open an opt-in directory with 1:1 chat to all or selected ticket types, so delegates reach each other without asking your team for contact details.
Exhibitor and sponsor pages
Turn on the exhibitor and sponsor directories so attendees can browse your partners, each with a detail page, before the doors open and while the show is on.
Attendee and speaker FAQ
Write an attendee FAQ and a separate speaker FAQ in Eventpack and show them in the portal, so routine questions are answered before they reach your inbox.
In practice
A speaker signs in to the portal with an email code, opens Speaking sessions, uploads her slides to the right session and reads the speaker FAQ for the room setup, without a single email to the organizer.
Availability and limits
Sign-in is by email code. There is no company single sign-on for attendees.
Sessions need session management (ask us which plan includes it), meetings need the Meeting Hub add-on, and exhibitor pages need exhibitor tools (every plan), each switched on for the event.
Surveys and Upgrade ticket stay hidden in the portal until you turn them on for a registration.
Ask which plan includes thisConnected to the rest of the event
Attendee Portal questions
Yes. Each menu item can be shown or hidden per registration. A speaker can see Speaking sessions and the speaker FAQ, while a delegate sees Sessions, Surveys and networking.
With a one-time code sent to the email they registered with, so there is nothing to set up and no password to manage. Organizers sign in with email and password.
The portal is the signed-in web area every attendee reaches after registering. The Event App, a separate add-on, is the app you design in the visual builder and release to attendees in the Eventpack app on iOS or Android, or in your own white-label app where your package includes it. Both read the same registration record.
