Email that follows real event actions
When event email lives in a separate tool, the team exports lists and re-sends confirmations by hand, and anyone who registered after the export is missed. A send that fails halfway means starting over and risking duplicates.
Every send works from the current event record, targeted by ticket type or session and narrowed by tag if you choose, so late registrations are included and nobody exports lists or re-sends confirmations by hand.
What you can do with Email
Triggered by event actions
Confirmation, check-in and session emails go out when attendees act. Invitation and RSVP reminders follow up after the days you set, and partners get team, invitation and task-reminder emails.
Target the right people
Send to all or selected ticket types or selected sessions, narrow by tag, or limit it to people who registered through the app. Attach the ticket PDF where attendees need it.
Templates you control
Design in the drag-and-drop editor or paste your own HTML, personalize it with standard attendee and event details, set the reply-to address, and send yourself a test first.
Bulk send that resumes
Send to your chosen audience in one bulk send, within your plan's daily cap. If a send is interrupted, pick it up where it stopped; people who already received it are not sent it again.
Delivery reporting
For every send, see what was sent, what failed, what bounced and who complained, so you can fix bad addresses before the next message goes out.
Build with AI
Describe the email you need and Build with AI drafts a design you then edit, test and send yourself. Needs the AI add-on, switched on per organization.
In practice
A conference sets the registration email to attach the ticket PDF, adds a session check-in email for the workshop sessions with a link to the materials, and sets an RSVP reminder that waits five days. Two weeks out, the organizer bulk-sends arrival details to the paid ticket types, checks the failed and bounced list, and corrects the addresses before the final reminder.
Availability and limits
Email is an add-on with a daily bulk-send cap set by your plan and agreement; we confirm the limit for your account before a large send.
Custom email sending uses verified senders; ask us which plan includes it. Changing the visible sender address is a further Enterprise add-on. Custom mode replaces the default registration emails, so build your replacements before switching it on.
Merge fields cover standard attendee and event data. Custom registration questions cannot be merge fields.

Email questions
Delivery: you see failures, bounces and complaints for each send, so your team can follow up on any address that bounced. For opens and clicks on campaigns, keep your marketing-automation tool and use Eventpack for the operational emails.
You resume it. Eventpack picks up where the send stopped and skips everyone who already received the message, so nobody gets it twice. Daily bulk volume is capped by plan.
Yes, with the right add-ons. Custom email sending sends from your verified senders, and changing the visible sender address to your own is a further Enterprise add-on, so confirm both for your account. Turning custom sending on replaces the default registration emails, so build your own versions first.
Target the send by ticket type or session and narrow it by tag, so each group gets a message written for it. Merge fields cover standard attendee and event data, such as name, company and job title.
