An Event App built around your event
A separate app vendor means loading sessions, speakers and exhibitors a second time, waiting on a developer for every change, and hoping the app is approved before the event starts.
You compose the pages, set the theme and release a version when it is ready. Attendees open it in the Eventpack app on iOS or Android, with sessions, speakers, exhibitors and networking drawn from the records your team already keeps.
What you can do with Event App
Visual builder, no developer
Compose the app from ready-made page types and choose what each list shows and how attendees filter it. Nothing reaches attendees until you publish and release a version.
Pages for the whole event
Give attendees the agenda, speakers, exhibitors, meetings, networking, feed, leaderboard, notifications and their profile in one app. Add blank or external-link pages for venue, travel or anything else.
Your theme, your brand
Set colors, components, font, icon and logo once, so every page attendees open carries your event's look.
Push notifications by ticket type
Send a notification now or schedule it for all attendees or selected ticket types, with merge fields for each person, so a room change reaches the ticket holders it affects.
AI proposes, you accept
With the AI add-on, a chat in the builder proposes page and theme changes. Nothing is applied until you accept it, and the AI never publishes the app.
One app for every event
Attendees download the Eventpack app on iOS or Android and sign in with their registration email and a one-time code. Your event appears there once you release it.
In practice
A three-day conference releases its app the week before doors open, then schedules a push notification to workshop ticket holders the night before, reminding them that their track starts in a different building.
Availability and limits
The Event App add-on (listed as Attendee App in the plan catalog) is granted separately from your plan, and the Event App switch must be on for each event.
Pages follow what your account and event have on: sessions and speakers need session management (ask us which plan includes it), exhibitors need exhibitor tools (every plan), meetings need the Meeting Hub add-on, and the leaderboard needs gamification switched on.
A URL typed into a push notification is shown as plain text; tapping the notification opens the app, not the link. Push notifications go to attendees' phones through the Event App, alongside your emails.

Event App questions
Yes, through the Eventpack app: attendees download it on iOS or Android, sign in with their registration email and a one-time code, and find your event there once you release it. If you need an app under your own brand, with optional App Store and Play Store links, that is the separate white-label app setup arranged with Eventpack.
When you say so: attendees see it once you publish and release a version. You can keep editing afterwards and release the next version when it is ready.
With the AI add-on, a chat in the builder proposes page and theme changes that you accept or discard. Publishing stays with you. Without the add-on, you build the app yourself in the same visual builder.
Add the destination as a page inside the app, such as an external-link page, and name it in the message: tapping the notification opens the app, and a URL typed into the message shows as plain text.
