Team & Account Administration
Run all your events from one account, give each team member the right role, watch credits and usage, and, with the sub-organizations add-on, separate clients or divisions.

- 02A role for every job
- 03Credits wallet with history
- 04Sub-organizations for separate teams
One account, clear roles, every event in view
Shared logins, one person who holds every password, and no clear view of who does what or where credits go. An agency or multi-event team cannot separate its work without separate accounts.
Everyone from the Owner to the floor staff works under their own role. Credits and usage sit in one wallet, and with the sub-organizations add-on each client or division gets its own events and members.
What you can do with Team & Account Administration
Every event in one home
Set up each event with its dates, venue, currency, logo and banner, then switch on registration, kiosks, badges, sessions, exhibitors or the Event App where your plan and add-ons include them.
A role for every job
Invite each member as Owner, Admin, Staff, Report user, Connector or API user, so floor staff, the analyst and your integration partner each get their own role instead of a shared login.
Credits wallet with history
See how many credits registrations, check-ins, session attendance, badge prints and lead capture have used, with a history of subscription credits, purchases and usage, so you can top up before a busy event.
Sub-organizations for separate teams
With the sub-organizations add-on, give each client or division its own child account, with its own events, members, API keys, MCP and automation connections, all under your parent account.
Invoice details for buyers
With the payment add-on, store your legal name, tax id, address, email, website and invoice logo once, so every invoice sent to ticket buyers carries your company details.
Remove Eventpack branding
With the Remove Eventpack branding add-on, attendees see your brand instead of Eventpack's wherever removal is supported. Legal terms at checkout stay in place, and the white-label store app is a separate option.
In practice
An agency creates a sub-organization for each client. The client's marketing lead works as an Admin in their own account, the agency keeps Owner access on the parent, and the onsite crew are added as Staff for show week and removed afterwards.
Availability and limits
The number of included member seats depends on your plan; extra members are an add-on.
Sub-organizations and removing Eventpack branding are add-ons, added to your account independent of your plan.
Your plan, add-ons and credits wallet together set what your account includes.

Team & Account Administration questions
There are six: Owner, Admin, Staff, Report user, Connector and API user. Give each person or integration the role that matches their job, and ask us to walk through what each role can see before you invite your team.
Yes, with the sub-organizations add-on. Each client or business unit gets a child account under your parent account and keeps its own events and team members separate from the others. It all stays within one Eventpack customer relationship.
Organizers sign in with email and password, attendees with an email code, and partners with a password plus an email code. There is no company single sign-on and no two-factor login. If either is a requirement, tell us early so we can talk about it honestly.
Registrations, check-ins, session attendance, badge prints and lead capture draw on organization credits. The wallet shows subscription credits, purchases and usage history, so you can track what has been used and plan ahead.
