Event data in your tools and AI assistants
The event platform becomes a data island. Internal dashboards, the data warehouse and the AI assistants your team now uses cannot see registrations or leads, so people export CSVs and paste.
The Eventpack API gives your software a key to events, registrations, orders, partners, leads and meetings. Eventpack MCP lets approved AI clients read the same records and prepare changes that only apply once confirmed.
What you can do with Eventpack API & MCP
Customer API for your software
Issue an API key so your own dashboards, data warehouse and apps pull event records directly, from registrations and orders to leads, meetings and promo codes.
AI clients read event data
Approve an AI client for your organization and it can read registrations, orders, sessions, exhibitors, leads, meetings and summary totals through Eventpack MCP, so your team gets answers without exporting a file.
Changes wait for confirmation
An AI assistant can prepare a change, but nothing in your event changes until that change is confirmed. You stay in control of every change.
Personal data kept in bounds
An access mode on the connection limits how much personal data an AI client can see, so you decide the boundary before anyone asks the first question.
In practice
A company feeds its internal sales dashboard from the Eventpack API, pulling registrations and orders for each event in the series. Separately, the operations lead's approved AI assistant reads lead and meeting totals through MCP, and any change it proposes waits for confirmation.
Availability and limits
The Customer API and Eventpack MCP are each added to your account as add-ons, independent of your plan.
The Customer API is separate from the older public API add-on; ask us which one your account has.
Eventpack MCP is for your team's approved AI clients, and every change it prepares waits for confirmation.

Eventpack API & MCP questions
Through Eventpack MCP, an AI client you approve can read registrations, orders, sessions, exhibitors, leads, meetings and summary totals. Any change is prepared first and only applies once confirmed, and the access mode limits how much personal data the client sees.
Events, registrations, sessions, tickets, questions, orders, partners, leads, meetings, invitations, RSVPs, promo codes and related records, accessed with a key issued for your own software. It is the Customer API, separate from the older public API add-on.
AI clients your organization approves, working on your organization's data. It is built for your team, and in a sub-organization setup each child account manages its own API and MCP access.
The Customer API and Eventpack MCP are added to your account separately. Enterprise includes the older public API in the default catalog. Tell us what you plan to build and we will confirm which one your account needs.
