Use Eventpack with ExpoFP
Keep the floor plan in ExpoFP and sync its exhibitors into Eventpack by exhibitor ID, so onboarding, tasks and lead capture start from the same list.

Stop re-keying exhibitors from your floor plan
Your exhibitor list is built around the floor plan, then re-keyed into whatever runs onboarding, badge scanning and meetings. Every late exhibitor means another spreadsheet round, and the copies drift apart before the show.
New and late exhibitors reach Eventpack from ExpoFP on a schedule or on demand, so nobody re-keys the list. The floor plan stays in ExpoFP; onboarding, lead capture and, with the Meeting Hub add-on, 1:1 meetings run in Eventpack.
What you can do with ExpoFP exhibitors
New exhibitors come in automatically
Exhibitors added in ExpoFP reach Eventpack on a schedule, about every ten minutes and more often as the event gets close, so nobody re-keys the list by hand.
Sync on demand
Added a late exhibitor in ExpoFP the night before? Force a sync from Eventpack and bring it in yourself, instead of waiting for the next scheduled run.
Ready for portal and leads
Each synced exhibitor is a partner company in Eventpack, so you can cap its team and lead-capture licenses, assign tasks and invite its people into the Partner Portal.
Matched by ID, not name
You link each existing Eventpack partner to its ExpoFP exhibitor ID, so every company keeps its own record, even when two names look alike.
One version of each location
Locations linked to your ExpoFP exhibitors come into Eventpack too, and you can lock them so nobody edits them by hand and ExpoFP stays their source.
Meetings open from the start
With the Meeting Hub add-on, choose whether partners created from ExpoFP start with meetings already open, so new exhibitors can take 1:1 bookings as soon as they sync in.
In practice
An exhibition runs its floor plan in ExpoFP. The events team links the exhibitors already set up in Eventpack to their ExpoFP IDs and lets the rest sync in. Before exhibitor move-in they force one last sync, then assign tasks and set lead-capture license caps for the late additions before the doors open.
Availability and limits
ExpoFP sync works through Eventpack's exhibitor tools and needs the exhibitors switch on for the event; partner tasks have their own switch. Which plan or add-on includes the ExpoFP connection depends on your account, so confirm it with us.
Eventpack does not include an interactive floor plan or sell booths. The floor plan stays in ExpoFP, and exhibitors are matched by their ExpoFP exhibitor ID.
Opening meetings for partners created from ExpoFP needs the Meeting Hub add-on; lead capture needs lead-capture licenses and uses organization credits.
