Payments, CRM and automation from one registration record
Registrations sit in one tool, contacts in another and exhibitor leads in a spreadsheet. After the event someone re-keys all of it, late and with errors, and nobody trusts which copy is right.
Card payments land on the order, registrations and connected exhibitors' leads go out to HubSpot or Salesforce, and Zapier starts your automations from the same record. Cvent and Swoogo feed attendees in, so every connection has a clear direction.
What you can do with Integrations
Card payments on registration
Take card payments on your registration page through Stripe or Authorize.Net. Each payment is recorded on the order, so finance sees one order with its tax, discount and refunded amount.
CRM contacts and leads
Send registrations to HubSpot as contacts or Salesforce as leads, mapped to your fields, so sales follows up from the CRM. Check-in can add contacts to a HubSpot list.
Zapier triggers and actions
Start Zapier automations when someone registers, places an order or checks in to the event or a session, so your other tools stay current without an export. Zapier can also create registrations.
Import from Cvent or Swoogo
Keep your registration platform and bring registrations, sessions and answers into Eventpack for check-in, badges, the Event App and lead capture. Cvent is inbound only with no write-back; Swoogo imports and resyncs.
Exhibitor and onsite connectors
Bring exhibitor records and their linked locations in from ExpoFP so nobody rebuilds the exhibitor list, and send check-ins out to PersonaTech. The floor plan itself stays in ExpoFP.
In practice
A corporate summit takes card payments through Stripe, sends each new registration to Salesforce as a lead with the mapped company and job title, and uses the event check-in trigger in Zapier to post arrivals into the team's chat channel during the morning rush.
Availability and limits
Ask us which plan includes Zapier; HubSpot and Swoogo are Enterprise in the default catalog (your contract can differ). Salesforce, Cvent and the Customer API are added to your account separately.
Card checkout needs the payment add-on (Enterprise in the default catalog) and handles payment collection at registration.
Exhibitor leads reach HubSpot or Salesforce only for partners whose account is connected.

Integrations questions
It feeds them: Eventpack sends registrations to HubSpot contacts or Salesforce leads with the field mapping you set, can add HubSpot contacts to a list on check-in, and passes exhibitor leads on for connected partners. Campaigns, scoring and nurture stay in your CRM, and accounts, opportunities and ERP records are outside what Eventpack syncs.
Registration created or updated, order created or updated, event check-in, session check-in, and event created or updated. Zapier can also create a registration in Eventpack. Ask us which plan includes Zapier.
Yes. Eventpack imports registrations, sessions and answers from either platform, and you run kiosks, badge printing, the Event App and lead capture on that list. Data flows into Eventpack, by import from Cvent and by full resync from Swoogo, so your registration platform stays the system of record.
Yes. The Eventpack API gives your own software access to events, registrations, sessions, tickets, orders, partners, leads, meetings and related records. It is added to your account separately rather than included in a plan, and Eventpack MCP adds controlled access for approved AI clients.
