Invite, remind and confirm the people who matter
Invite-only events run on spreadsheets and mail merges. Nobody knows who has answered, who declined and why, and the people who did register sit in a different list from everyone else.
Each invitee gets a unique code and a link to your registration page, or a lighter accept-or-decline RSVP. Reminders go out on the schedule you set, declines carry a reason, and everyone who registers joins the same guest list.
What you can do with Invitations & RSVP
Invitations tied to a page
Send invitations tied to a specific registration page and, if you like, to the ticket types you choose, so each guest is invited to the tickets meant for them.
Quick accept-or-decline RSVP
When a full registration form is more than you need, guests simply accept or decline. On free tickets, the RSVP works in a one-click style.
A record per invitee
Keep each invitee's contact details, role, bio and your own questions on their invitation, with a unique code, so you always know who was asked and how they answered.
Reminders and decline reasons
Send the invitation email, then a reminder to anyone who has not answered. When someone declines, record the reason so your team knows whom to follow up with.
Import and export invitees
Add invitees one by one or import a file, and export the list whenever sales or leadership ask who has been invited.
In practice
A corporate team invites its top accounts to a client dinner. Each guest gets a personal link, the ones who have not replied get a reminder a few days later, and the account managers see every decline and its reason in the same list.
Availability and limits
Registration-page invitations need a registration page, which needs the registration-page add-on (ask us which plan includes it).
Importing an invitee file uses bulk upload, available on every plan in the default catalog.
Invitation and reminder emails go out through Eventpack email, which depends on the email add-on and the daily sending cap of your plan.

Invitations & RSVP questions
An invitation sends a named person to a registration page with a unique code, optionally tied to certain ticket types, and they complete a normal registration. An RSVP is the lighter route: the person simply accepts or declines, and on free tickets it works in a one-click style. Use the invitation when you need answers and tickets, and the RSVP when you need a headcount.
Yes. Set the reminder to go out a chosen number of days after the invitation, so nobody chases replies by hand. Declines are recorded with a reason, so your team knows who said no and why.
Yes. A registration-page invitation can be tied to the ticket types you choose, so it points the guest to the tickets you picked. The page can also show an invitation banner with a decline option, so a guest who cannot come tells you straight away.
Whether each invitation email was sent, failed, bounced or drew a complaint, plus each guest's response and registration. The invitee list belongs to this event, so keep your master contact records in your CRM and treat Eventpack as the place where the invitation, the response and the registration meet.
