The event's key numbers on one screen
Registration numbers sit in one tool, check-in counts in another and revenue in a third. Somebody builds a spreadsheet on Monday, and by event week the setup list lives in an email thread.
Each event has one dashboard: live counts, charts over time and by ticket type, and a setup checklist that shows what is still open before event day.
What you can do with Event Dashboard
Live event counts
Open the event and see registrations, check-ins, revenue, leads, badges printed and sessions in one place, counted from the same records your team works in every day.
What is happening now
While the event runs, a 'what's happening now' status on the dashboard lets the event lead check progress in Eventpack instead of phoning the check-in desk.
Charts by time and ticket
See how registrations build over time and how they split across ticket types, so you spot a slow ticket or a quiet week before it becomes a problem.
Setup checklist
Work through tickets, guest list, sessions, registration page, badges, kiosks and Event App from one list, so the setup plan stops living in an email thread.
In practice
Three weeks out, an association's events manager opens the dashboard: the member ticket is selling, the student ticket is flat, and the badge step is still open, so she asks a colleague to finish the badge design before the weekly call.
Availability and limits
Available inside every event; the setup checklist only lists steps for the add-ons turned on for your account.
The dashboard is a summary of one event. For column-level detail, filters and scheduled exports, use the Report Builder.

Event Dashboard questions
Yes. Check-ins, badges printed and the status panel reflect what is going on at the door while the event runs. The counts come from the same registration records your kiosks and staff use, so the dashboard and the guest list tell the same story.
The dashboard itself is a summary view. For exports, use the Report Builder: pick columns and filters for registrations, orders, check-ins or session attendance, then run it now as a CSV or zip emailed to your team, or schedule it. Bulk export depends on the export add-on, on every plan.
The checklist follows the add-ons on your account: steps for sessions, badge printing, kiosks or the Event App appear once those are turned on, so the list only shows what you can actually complete.
