Corrections, resends and transfers in one place
When the attendee list lives in a spreadsheet export, every change is a reconciliation: a corrected name, a resent ticket or a substitution has to be fixed in two places, and check-in history is nowhere.
The guest list in Eventpack holds every registration. Search, edit, resend or transfer from there, and the same record carries through to check-in, badge printing and your reports.
What you can do with Guest List
Search and edit registrations
Find a person, open their registration and correct a misspelled name or update a job title on the spot, so the fix is in place before their badge prints.
Check-in history per person
See when each attendee checked in and whether they checked out again, so a question like 'did she make it?' is answered from the record, not by asking the door team.
Resend the ticket email
When an attendee cannot find their confirmation, resend the ticket email from their record instead of asking them to register again or forwarding a copy by hand.
Transfer a ticket
Hand a ticket to a colleague when the ticket type allows transfers, so a last-minute substitution stays on the record rather than becoming a walk-up with no history.
Export the list
Export registrations for the venue, the caterer or the board, or build a saved report with exactly the columns you need and schedule it to your team.
In practice
The afternoon before a conference, a sponsor swaps two delegates. The organizer finds the original registrations in the guest list, transfers the tickets and resends the emails, and both new names print correctly at the kiosk the next morning.
Availability and limits
Bulk export depends on the export add-on, on every plan.
Ticket transfer is only available when the ticket type allows it.

Guest List questions
Yes, if you turn on My profile in the attendee portal. Attendees sign in with a code sent to their email and update their details on the same registration your team sees. Your visibility settings decide which fields they can edit and which stay read-only.
Yes. Registrations can be imported from a file, and the import can send each person a welcome email with their QR ticket. Bulk upload is on every plan.
Use the Report Builder for that. The session check-in and session attendance reports list who attended each session, and you can filter, sort and schedule them to your team. Each guest-list record shows that person's own check-in history.
