Ask the right people at the right moment
A survey link sent from a separate tool goes to everyone, lands days after the session and cannot tell who was in the room. The feedback you do get cannot be matched to a session or a ticket type.
Each survey opens on the timing you set and only for the people you choose, from checked-in attendees to speakers, exhibitors and sponsors. Answers come back into the same event in Eventpack instead of a separate survey tool.
What you can do with Surveys
Session and event surveys
Attach one survey to every session or only chosen ones, or run an event survey with its own open and close dates. Build it in advance and switch it live when you are ready.
Timing tied to the session
Keep a session survey open all the time, or open it when the session starts or ends and close it a set number of minutes later, while the talk is still fresh.
An audience you control
Open a survey only to checked-in attendees, to anyone registered, to people eligible for the session or to every attendee, and limit it to chosen ticket types.
Seventeen question types
Measure satisfaction with ratings, NPS and rankings, gather comments, files and consent in the same form, and split a longer survey into pages.
Attendees, speakers or partners
Choose who answers: attendees, speakers or your exhibitor and sponsor teams, so partners give feedback on the show without a separate form for them.
Required and conditional questions
Make questions required and add conditional follow-ups that appear only after a given answer, and run any survey anonymous or named depending on what you need to learn.
In practice
A two-day industry congress attaches one survey to every breakout, set to open at the session end and close thirty minutes later, for checked-in attendees only. A separate event survey, open through the following week, is available to all delegates, and a third asks exhibitor and sponsor teams how the show went for them.
Availability and limits
Surveys need the session add-on (ask us which plan includes it) and sessions switched on for the event.
The Surveys item in the attendee portal stays hidden until you turn it on for that registration.
Surveys are feedback forms with open and close windows, not live polling or Q&A during a session.

Your survey questions answered
Yes. Each survey is set as anonymous or named when you create it. Named responses are tied to the person who answered, which helps when you want to follow up; anonymous ones are not.
In the attendee portal, under Surveys. Turn that menu item on for the people you want to answer, and session surveys appear there only while their window is open.
Eventpack surveys collect feedback on a schedule, with open and close windows, rather than running a live poll or audience Q&A screen. For quick reactions during a talk, open a session survey at the session start for the people eligible for that session.
Yes. A survey can target your exhibitor and sponsor teams as respondents, so they can answer too. Exhibitor tools are on every plan, with exhibitors switched on for the event. Pair it with an event survey for attendees to hear both sides of the show.
