Bulk Import
Load invitee lists, registrations, sessions and promo codes from a file so nobody retypes records that already exist somewhere else.

Start from the lists you already have
Lists arrive from a previous tool, a sponsor or a membership database. Retyping them is slow and error-prone, and people keyed in by hand are easy to miss when tickets go out.
Invitee lists, registrations, sessions and promo codes each load into the part of the event where they are used. Imported registrants can receive a welcome email with their QR ticket, so they check in like anyone else.
What you can do with Bulk Import
Import invitations
Load an invitee list with name, email, company, job title and your custom answers, then send invitations and reminders from Eventpack instead of a mail merge.
Import registrations
Bring in people who already registered elsewhere, or a sponsor's guest list, and optionally send each one a welcome email with their QR ticket.
Import sessions
Load the agenda from a file instead of creating sessions one at a time, then refine capacity, pricing and visibility inside Eventpack.
Import promo codes
Create a batch of promo codes from a file, for example one code per member or partner, and export them again when you need the list.
In practice
An association moves a conference to Eventpack mid-cycle. The existing registrants are imported with a welcome email and QR ticket, the agenda comes in as a session file, and the early-bird codes already promised to members are loaded in one batch.
Availability and limits
In the default catalog, bulk upload is on every plan; session import also needs session management (ask us which plan includes it), and promo code import needs the promo add-on (Enterprise).
Each record type is imported from its own screen with its own file layout, so every import lands in the right place.
Registrations and sessions from Cvent or Swoogo come in through their own dedicated integrations.

Bulk Import questions
Invitations, registrations, sessions and promo codes, each from its own screen. Meeting lists can also be imported where Meeting Hub is on. Other records are created in Eventpack directly or arrive through an integration.
Yes, if you choose to. A registration import can send each person a welcome email with their QR ticket, so they arrive with the same code as someone who registered on the page and check in the same way.
Each import screen takes a file in its own layout, for invitations, registrations, sessions or promo codes. For Cvent (a separately granted add-on) or Swoogo (Enterprise in the default catalog), use the dedicated import integrations instead. Send us a sample file before the event and we will confirm the mapping.
Bulk upload is included on every plan in the default catalog. Session import also needs session management (ask us which plan includes it), and promo code import needs the promo add-on. Your contract can differ, so confirm the scope with us.
