Targeted discounts without losing sight of revenue
Discounts handed out by email and partner links tracked in a spreadsheet leave nobody sure which codes were used, how often a rate was claimed or which partner actually delivered registrations.
Each code carries its own uses, dates and scope, so a member rate or speaker discount applies only where you intend. Affiliate codes add a named affiliate and a portal where they see their own results.
What you can do with Promo & Affiliate Codes
Codes with limits
Give each code a number of uses, a start and end date and a note, so an early-bird or partner offer closes on its own when it should.
Scope to tickets or sessions
Apply a fixed or percentage discount to all or selected tickets, with a cap, and do the same for sessions. Optionally hide the other tickets when the code is used.
Whole-cart discounts
Discount the whole order instead of a line: everything in the cart, tickets only or sessions only, which suits sponsor bundles and staff registrations.
Affiliate codes with attribution
Add a partner's name, email and the registration pages their code targets, then watch carts, completed orders, registrations, revenue and last use per affiliate from inside the event.
Affiliate portal
Affiliates sign in with an email code to see their links, results and attributed orders, so you stop sending them updates by hand.
Import and export codes
Load a batch of codes from a file and export the list at any point, instead of creating hundreds of member or partner codes one by one.
In practice
A conference gives each media partner an affiliate code targeted at the public registration page. Marketing sees registrations and revenue per partner during the campaign, and each partner checks their own attributed orders in the affiliate portal rather than asking for an update.
Availability and limits
Promo and affiliate codes need the promo add-on and registration pages; Enterprise in the default catalog.
Codes are redeemed in the promo code box on a registration page, so a page has to be published before buyers can use them.

Eventpack gives each affiliate a tracked code, targets it at chosen registration pages and attributes orders and revenue to it. Commission calculations, payouts and contracts stay in your own process; export orders with their promo code from the Report Builder and settle them your way.
