Give buyers the payment route their organization uses
Corporate and public-sector buyers often cannot pay by card. Without an invoice route they email the event team, someone registers them by hand, and the promise to pay lives in a mailbox.
Eligible tickets and sessions show a pay-later option with your instructions. Each request waits in one queue for your decision, and the proforma and final invoice carry the comments your finance team needs.
What you can do with Pay by Invoice
Pay later per ticket
Decide ticket by ticket and session by session whether offline payment is allowed, so a member rate can be invoiced while a public ticket stays card only.
Instructions the buyer sees
Show your payment instructions during checkout and a message after the request is submitted, so the buyer knows exactly what to send, where, and what happens next.
A queue you control
Every request waits as pending until you approve or decline it. Add a note to the decision, and a declined buyer receives an email telling them.
Proforma and final invoices
Write separate comments for the proforma and the final invoice, and attach invoices to the emails Eventpack sends, with your legal name, tax ID, address and logo on them.
Offline payments in reports
Run an offline and pay-later payments report with the columns and filters you need, so finance has its own list of pay-later requests to follow up.
In practice
A government agency registers eight staff for a training conference and asks for an invoice. The buyer picks pay later, sees the bank details and reference to use, and the organizer approves the request from the pending queue once the purchase order arrives.
Availability and limits
Pay by invoice is part of the payment add-on (Enterprise in the default catalog).
Pay later works only when the event issues invoices and attaches them to its emails.
The event must allow pay later, and each ticket or session has to allow offline payment individually.

Pay by Invoice questions
Your payment instructions at checkout and a message after they submit the request. The proforma and the final invoice each carry the comments you wrote for them, and invoices are attached to the emails Eventpack sends.
Yes. Offline payment is allowed per ticket and per session, so you can invoice member and group rates while public tickets stay on card checkout. Buyers on tickets without the option only see card payment.
Straight from the buyer to your bank. Eventpack records the request, your decision and the invoice, and the offline and pay-later payments report lists these requests with the columns you choose, so finance can match incoming transfers against them.
It comes with the payment add-on, which is Enterprise in the default catalog, and the event issues invoices and attaches them to its emails. Your contract can differ, so confirm the scope with us.
